Group Registrations Terms & Conditions

Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer. A different invoice address can be added separately. Invoices are due within 10 days of the date of issuance. Please note that credit card payments over USD 5,000 are subject to a handling fee of 5%.

Please note that the following information for each participant is required:
  • Individual e-mail address (it is not possible to register 2 persons with the same email address)
  • Address details (first and last name, institute, city and country)
  • Registration confirmations will be sent to your guests in your group account.
Group Registration Process
  • Group leaders need to register their group by completing the form on this page
  • Our Group Services will send you the participants sheet to complete with participants information.
  • Invoice and payment instructions will be sent after we receive the participants information.
  • Registration Confirmations will be sent within one week after payment is received.
Cancellation Conditions
  • Cancellations must be received by us in writing by October 1, 2022, midnight EST to receive a refund less $420 processing fee.
  • Cancellation requests received after October 2 2022, midnight ET will not be refunded.
  • Substitutions are allowed but the registration type will not change.
  • Substitutions are only allowed for equal type registrations (i.e., Nurse to Nurse, Member to Member, Nonmember to Nonmember). A $125 fee will apply per substitution.
  • In case of Refunds, Credit card surcharge of 5% will not be refunded.
  • All prices mentioned are in USD and inclusive of taxes.
