Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations must be received by us in writing by October 2, 2023, midnight EST to receive a refund less the $420 processing fee.
- Cancellation requests received after October 2 2023, midnight ET will not be refunded.
- Ticketed events are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued until 7–15 days post-event.
- Substitutions are allowed, but the registration type will not change.
- Substitutions are only allowed for equal-type registrations (i.e., Nurse to Nurse, Member to Member, Non-member to Non-member). A $125 fee will apply per substitution.
- In case of Refunds, a Credit card surcharge of 5% will not be refunded.
- All prices mentioned are in USD and inclusive of taxes.
