Group Registrations Terms & Conditions

• Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer.
• A different invoice address can be added separately.
• Invoices are due within 5 days of the date of issuance or the deadline, whichever is closer.
• Please note that credit card payments over USD 5,000 are subject to a handling fee of 5%.
• In the case of a bank transfer, the paying customer will bear all the charges.

Please note that the following information for each participant is required:

• Individual e-mail address (it is not possible to register 2 persons with the same email address)
• Address details (first and last name, institute, city and country)
• Registration confirmations will be sent to your guests in your group account.

Group Registration Process

• Group leaders need to register their group by completing the form on this page.
• Our Group Services will send you the participants sheet, which needs to be completed and returned to us by the group leader with the participant's information.
• Invoice and payment instructions will be sent after we receive the participant's information.
• Registration Confirmations will be sent to both group leader and participant.

Cancellation Conditions

• Cancellations must be received by us in writing by October 2, 2023, midnight EST to receive a refund less the $420 processing fee.
• Cancellation requests received after October 2 2023, midnight ET will not be refunded.
• Ticketed events are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued until 7–15 days post-event.
• Substitutions are allowed, but the registration type will not change.
• Substitutions are only allowed for equal-type registrations (i.e., Nurse to Nurse, Member to Member, Non-member to Non-member). A $125 fee will apply per substitution.
• In case of Refunds, a Credit card surcharge of 5% will not be refunded.
• All prices mentioned are in USD and inclusive of taxes.
